Privacy

This site has no forms, no accounts, and no advertising trackers. We use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages people read. It sets cookies in your browser and sends Google the pages you view, the links you select, your device type, and your approximate location.

When you email or call us, we receive what you tell us: your name, your contact details, your organization, and the details of your event. That includes what you tell us about other people, such as your presenters and your venue contact, and the files you send, such as slides and videos.

When you call, we receive your phone number and any voicemail you leave. We sometimes run an AI notetaker in the background on our calls, and it keeps a record of what was said. Apart from the notetaker, we record a call only with your permission.

Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, such as IP addresses and the pages requested, to run and protect the site. If it suspects an attack, it checks that your browser is real and keeps the result in your browser for 1 hour.

We use it to reply to you, and to quote, plan, and run your event. We keep the business records the law requires, such as contracts and invoices.

We share your information with your venue, to plan and run your event there. We share it with the production partners who deliver part of your event, and with the DJ or MC when we bring one in. The services we use to run the business, such as email, invoicing, analytics, and our AI notetaker, hold it for us. We also hand over information when the law requires it.

We don't sell personal information, and we don't share it for advertising. No other company collects information about your activity across websites through this site.

We keep your emails, voicemails, call notes, call recordings, and event files while they're useful for your event or for quoting your next one. We keep contracts and invoices for as long as tax law requires. Our hosting provider sets how long it keeps its server logs. Google Analytics keeps visit records for 2 months.

This site doesn't track you across other websites, so it works the same way whether or not your browser sends a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal.

This notice covers AymAV.com, what you send us, and our calls with you. This site links to other websites, and their privacy practices are their own.

This site is for people planning events for organizations. It isn't directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

If this notice changes, we'll post the new version on this page with a new date.
