Sound

We place the speakers where your room needs them, then tune them to it. Wired and wireless mics cover the lectern, the panel, and anyone who walks the stage. Audience Q&A mics let the room hear the question, not only the answer.

Presentation

We run your slide and video playback on your cues, with a projector and screen for the room. A presenter screen faces the stage and shows presenters their own slides. Remote presenters appear on the main screen and are heard through the speakers.

Lighting

Uplighting gives the walls of your room color. Theatrical lighting puts light on your presenters, so the room sees faces even beside a bright screen. Custom logo projection sets your logo on the wall in light.

Video and streaming

LED walls and large-format projection scale your picture up for a bigger room. Live streaming carries your program to people watching elsewhere, and event video keeps a recording for afterward.

LED walls, large-format projection, theatrical lighting, custom logo projection, live streaming, and event video are delivered with our production partners. You still get one Aym AV contact and an Aym AV technician running the room.
